I have bought this tea in Paris, and I am more than happy. I was in Paris last weekend and I have already written a review about the green package detox here http://nathaliebeuty.blogspot.be/2015/08/kusmi-tea-detox-review.html . You guys know that I obsessed with tea so I brought another detox tea. 

The Kusmi Tea BB Detox is the latest launch from the luxury Parisian tea company's wellness teas.

 The BB stands for beauty beverage. Maté and green tea are key ingredients that help flush toxins from your body — and its largest organ, your skin. Green tea is also well known for its strong antioxidant powers, and it's blended with dandelion and rooibos for added skin protection through vitamins A and C and alpha hydroxy acids.

Overall

BB Detox is a real treat and an excellent tea! The idea of fresh tea leaves and steeping is a short little ceremony knowing that you are drinking a very healthy potion for your well being. The ingredients, aroma and taste is superb. You can add a little honey or a lemon wedge if you desire, but also tasty on it's own. I experimented with making this as an ice tea for a dinner party, which received rave reviews. Although is it a higher price point than most teas, use it sparingly and it goes a long way. All the Kusmi teas are unique.

The art and taste of tea is more than anything. I have bought this tea in Paris, and I am more than happy. You guys know that I obsessed with tea. This tea is delicious; it has so many flavors to it. It was a green tea with lemongrass and lemon. It is a very fruity flavor that is sweet and low in caffeine. The mix of all the ingredients added vitamins, minerals, and helps aid digestion. It is a good drink to have to relax and restore the body. It is such a plus to have something contain so many vitamins and minerals, and on top of that to taste so good.

 Kusmi tea is a Russian based tea brand, and from that expanded to different countries.

With its delicious blend of maté, green tea and lemongrass, Detox is perfect for enjoying a moment of pleasure. The blend of maté and green tea makes it the ideal beverage to enjoy throughout the day. I suggest to enjoy this tea during the whole day. Main flavour is Lemongrass. 

This tea tastes great and with one tea spoon of tea leaves, I can make two cups of tea. This has lasted me longer than I thought it would. I've been drinking this tea everyday since I got it and I'm barely at half. These last couple of days I’ve been trying some of Kusmi Tea’s different tea blends, and I love them.

I loooooooove tea, I love any tea, but my favourite tea is a green tea. I am definitely an expert, because I have tried sooooo many kinds of tea. I don't drink alcohol so for me tea is something awesome and calming.  If you're into health and fitness then you'll have probably come across a teatox company. 
Just over two weeks ago, I was sent the 14 day - 3 step teatox from Stripteas (http://stripteas.com). StripTeas advise you to drink your first cup shortly after you wake up to boost your energy and stimulate your mind. The morning tea is lemony and zingy, whereas the evening is full of vanilla and chamomile. You should drink your Daytime Teatox  around the same time each day to get your body used to the stimulation of your metabolism and suppressing your appetite towards snacking. The tea for lunch time you can decide on the flavour, I chose berry which I do really like. It does have a slight liquorice tinge which isn’t my favourite, but is still really easy to drink. The Sleep Tight is a lovely sweet send off into nighttime, and does help to calm my mind as best as it can. The tea bags themselves are great quality, and to be honest you could easily get more than one cup of tea out of each bag as they are huge.

The company claims their teas can "help boost your metabolism, increase your energy levels and alertness, suppress your appetite, detoxify you body and clear your skin". I cannot agree more, my skin is beautiful and clear. I am not sure about the metabolism but it for sure increased my energy levels.

O krému Revitalift Laser Renew jsem se dočetla, a z reklam dozvěděla, účinky se dovede přiblížit laserovému ošetření pleťi, a vrásky efektivně vyhlazuje. Navrací plnost pleti, která začíná vykazovat známky stárnutí, zpevňuje ji a do hloubky ji hydratuje. Posiluje ochablou pleť, vyplňuje vrásky i drobné linky, které se na pleti začaly objevovat. Revitalift na obličej hydratuje pokožku, redukuje vrásky a vypíná pleť. Nanáší se ráno nebo večer. Vhodné pro věkovou kategorii od 40 do 60 let. Hrozně se mi líbí balení, už jen kvůli němu jsem si přála, aby mi krém seděl a mohla jsem si ho pořídit. Z konzistence a složení je vidět, že tento krém je nadupaný silikony, takže asi dokonale ucpává póry a vzniká akné. 

Je to krém nebo sérum určený pro zralejší pleť, slibuje účinné vyhlazení vrásek. Mamka ho vyzkoušela, a zázraky bohužel neumí, ale mírné zlepšení vrásek mamka pozorovala. Rozhodně, ale má pleť více hydratovanou a tím jsou vrásky o něco méně viditelnější.Jednou jsem si ho nanesla i já, ale je na mě moc mastný. Je pravda že krásně voní a velice dobrře se roztírá. Vhodnější pro starší pleť.  Je příjemný a lehký. Někomu sérum muže vyhovovat, protože každy máme jinou pleť.  Pokud je vaše pleť starší a je ve stresu, budete s tímto krémem velmi spokojena. Můžete ho použít i na dekolt. Příjemně voní a skvěle se roztírá. Je příjemný a lehký.

At first I was doubtful of this, I thought it might not work. I got a haircut last month and lost almost 3 inches of my hair. I hated it so bad so I was ready to try anything. I just finished my first bottle today and measured my hair, it has grown 2 inches!I don't think I achieved 2 inches in just 30 days but since I only cut my hair 2 months ago I'd say hairburt definitely helped. For it to work, you have to take two capsules a day, preferably before breakfast. My hair is also not as thin, it's softer, and doesn't shed as much when i brush it, a problem many black women have. Simple Green Smoothie

It’s so simple, but so good! Drinking green smoothies isn’t a diet, it’s a lifestyle. It’s about taking care of your body and staying healthy. The coolest thing about green smoothies is that you can pretty much pick whatever combination of fruit and greens that works for you and it will always be nutritious and effective. 

Smoothies are great antioxidants, which help to prevent and repair damage to body tissues, our skin included. Vitamin C is one of the greatest antioxidants we have available, and it’s abundant in pineapple. You can try also avocado in your smoothie. The addition of avocado brings with it other skin-specific nutrients such as vitamins E, A and zinc. In fact, you could probably use this smoothie on your face as a beauty treatment. I use avocado for my hair or as a face mask. 

I started experimenting with celery. I always loved celery, the flavour of celery is different but yet unique. I always loved smoothies ( I even worked at the fresh juice). My favourite is with vegetables. I have tried smoothie with many ingredients but my favourite is with celery, apple ( I used it because I do not want to use water or any other milk coconut water), carrots, or with spinach. Sometimes I use pineapple instead carrot. It is really up to you what you will use but trust me celery is the best ingredient. I will write you some healthy facts about celery 

Celery is a great addition to your green smoothies. Celery may help with relieve inflammatory aliments such as asthma, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis. Celery is also a good source of dietary fiber.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup coconut water, unsweetened
1 cup pineapple, frozen
1/4 avocado

2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
1 large apple, cored, any variety
1 banana
⅓ cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

1. Blend spinach and coconut water until smooth.

2. Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
